RHUS TRILOBATA, Three Leaf Sumac Decidous shrub 5'-6' tall and 6' wide Native to Western United States Full sun In most areas no water is needed once established. Propagated by seed This native shrub turns a brilliant orange-red in the fall. Berries are edible and were once used by Native Americans to make dyes and a drink that resembles pink lemonade. Leaves are aromatic. This plant does not cause skin irritation like poison oak and sumac.
